Printed packaging FAQ
What is the minimum order?
Single wall hot cups start at 1,000 cups and double wall at 500. Printed greaseproof paper starts at 1,000 sheets, salad bowls at 1,080 and cup sleeves at 5,000. Each product page shows every quantity and its price.
How long does printing take?
About 3 weeks from proof approval for orders up to 50,000 pieces, or 3 to 4 weeks for cup sleeves and greaseproof paper. Over 50,000, we run a volume production in 12-16 weeks at a lower price per piece.
Can I design online?
Yes. Choose Design online on the product page, add your logo or pick a template, and see a preview before you order. A person on our team still checks every design before we print.
What artwork do you need?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 20 MB. If your logo is not print-ready, choose design help when you order and our team will prepare it with you.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We check your artwork and send a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Can I order now and send my design later?
Yes. Choose Design later on the product page and we will email you to collect your artwork.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices on the product pages are shown per piece and per order, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
Can you store our cups and deliver as we need them?
Yes, for regular orders we can store your branded packaging and deliver as you need it. Rates on request.
