I've been a loyal customer for a while, but unfortunately, the experience has been inconsistent at best. Each order feels like a gamble, and when issues arise, it takes an eternity to get a response.
Given that we go out of our way to support this business ā driving almost 1.5 hours to patronize them ā it's disappointing to feel unvalued.
Due to the frustration, I've had to take my business elsewhere, specifically Webstaurant. It's unfortunate, but I've given up on this company.

We ordered from Element Packaging for few times already and never been let down.Always quick and reliable service.
I've been buying the 8 oz.souo cups with lids for awhile now and I have to say no more. The lids are not reliable. They are loose when attached to the cup. We have to wrap them in plastic to prevent disasters. Extremely disappointed because I bought these due to the attractive price.
We had issues with the paper lids fitting consistently with the cups(a few would be too loose), but these are great! Every one we used fit perfectly!
Very sturdy, contains liquid without becoming soft and 100% ECO friendly. I will definitely purchase these again.
