About 3 to 4 weeks from the day you approve your proof. The paper is made in the EU.
Up to half of the sheet. Greaseproof paper stays grease resistant only when ink covers no more than 50% of it, so scattered logos and repeating patterns work best, and solid backgrounds cannot be printed. The online designer shows your coverage as you design.
