Ordering, delivery and returns
When will my order arrive?
Order before 12pm on a working day and it ships the same day for next-day delivery by DPD. Free over £75 inc VAT.
How does the multi-case saving work?
We count every case in your basket across all products. 3 or more cases take 15% off and 10 or more take 20% off, applied automatically at checkout.
Can I try before I buy a full case?
Yes. Request samples, or buy a small pack of our best sellers to check the fit with your menu.
Can I return packaging I do not need?
Damaged or missing cases: tell us within 3 days. Faulty or not as described: within 4 days. Change of mind by prior agreement only, on unused sealed cases within 7 days, at your cost, with a 25% restocking fee. Custom and printed items cannot be returned.
