Which size greaseproof paper?
The small sheet (335 x 250mm) lines baskets and trays and wraps sandwiches, wraps and pastries. The medium sheet (400 x 300mm) suits burgers and larger wraps. The large sheet (500 x 335mm) lines big trays and sharing boards.
How much can be printed?
Greaseproof paper stays grease resistant only when ink covers no more than half of the sheet, so scattered logos and repeating patterns work best. The online designer shows your coverage as you design, and a person on our team checks every design before it is printed.
Paper and lead time
White 40gsm greaseproof paper with KIT 9 grease resistance, free from PFAS, plastic and silicone, for food up to 90C. It is made in the EU and delivered about 3 to 4 weeks after you approve your proof.

What is the minimum order for printed greaseproof paper?
1,000 sheets for the medium and large sizes, and 2,000 sheets (one box) for the small size. Online prices go up to 30,000 sheets, and above that we quote.
How long does printed greaseproof paper take?
About 3 to 4 weeks from the day you approve your proof.
How much of the sheet can be printed?
Up to half of the sheet, so the paper stays grease resistant. Scattered logos and repeating patterns work best, and solid backgrounds cannot be printed.
What artwork do I need?
A vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) gives the sharpest print, and a high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. No artwork yet? Ask our team for design help.
