How the designer works
- Pick your cup. Choose the size, single or double wall, the lining and how many. Every quantity shows its price.
- Add your design. Upload your logo or pick one of our seasonal templates, add colours and bands, and turn the cup round in 3D.
- Approve your proof. A person on our team checks every design and emails you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
- We print and deliver. Free UK delivery, and you can reorder the same design later.
Rather not design it yourself? On each cup page you can also upload print-ready artwork, ask our team to lay it out, or order now and send your artwork later.
How long it takes
Printed cups arrive about 3 weeks after you approve your proof on orders under 50,000 cups. Over 50,000 cups, allow 12 to 16 weeks.

How many you need
Double wall cups start at 500 cups. Single wall cups, including the 4oz espresso cup, start at 1,000 cups.

Single wall or double wall?
Our rule of thumb:
- 12oz and up: go double wall. The second layer keeps hands comfortable with a larger hot drink, with no sleeve needed.
- 8oz: either works. It depends how hot the drink is. Single wall suits flat whites and cortados that are finished quickly.
- Single wall fits more cups in a box, so it takes less storage space behind the counter.
You can switch between single and double wall in the designer and see both in 3D before you choose.

Start from a design you have already made, swap in a Christmas or seasonal background from our templates, and see it in 3D. Your original design stays as it is for next time.
Orders approved by about 20 November normally arrive before mid-December.

What is the minimum order?
500 cups for double wall and 1,000 cups for single wall, including the 4oz espresso cup.
How long do printed cups take?
About 3 weeks after you approve your proof, on orders under 50,000 cups. Orders over 50,000 cups take 12 to 16 weeks. If you need them sooner, contact us when you order to ask about our 10-day express option.
Who checks my design?
A person on our team checks every design and emails you a proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
What artwork works best?
A vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) gives the sharpest print, and a high-resolution PNG or JPG also works, up to 20 MB. No logo file to hand? Ask our team for design help from the cup page.
Is there a setup charge?
Orders under 50,000 cups have a one-off artwork and print setup charge of £75 + VAT per design, shown in your basket. Repeat orders of the same design have no setup charge.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Each design is its own order line, so add each design to your basket separately.
